To operate ST-RISKTM, you must be running Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP on a Pentium PC/laptop or better. Windows Internet Explorer must be installed on the PC/laptop and must have a connection established to the internet during use. ST-RISKTM requires 120 mb of disk space and 64 mb of RAM.
For detailed evaluations using the modified FEMA-310 worksheet, you must be a licensed engineer.
